Andrew Sherbut is a 3rd generation commercial real estate professional and graduate of the University of Calgary’s Commercial Real Estate Development Program. Andrew also holds his Property Management, Commercial Real Estate, and Residential Real Estate designations from the Real Estate Council of Alberta.

With over 10 years of experience managing some of Calgary’s most iconic restaurants, Andrew brings an established understanding of what successful retail looks like, and how to achieve it.

As a Vice President of Barclay Street, Andrew works with developers, landlords, and local and national retailers throughout Central and Southern Alberta. Since 2020, Andrew has annually received CoStar’s Power Broker Award for notable-sized retail transactions. He continues to serve his clients by providing market expertise and professionalism, while keeping his commitment to putting his client’s needs first.
